Scholarship programs for international students
The France Excellence Eiffel scholarship program
The Eiffel scholarship program is a tool developed by the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs to help French higher education establishments attract the best foreign students to master’s and doctoral degree programs.
It is designed to train future foreign decision-makers in the private and public sectors in priority fields of study, and to encourage applications from foreign students aged 25 or under for master’s level courses, and 30 or under for doctorate courses.

Selection
- The Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs appoints experts to select the program’s scholarship holders. Each expert is a teacher-researcher with a doctoral degree, and has proven international experience. They are appointed for a non-renewable 4-year term.
Consult the list of jury members for the 2023 session. - The assessment of applications is based on evaluation grids. Access details of the grading grids for the Master’s or Doctorate sections.
